The Impact Laziness Can Make On Your Life.

Laziness is horrible. Neither child nor adult should be lazy (even though I am a lot of the time). A child should be trying hard in school, getting good grades, and should not be spoiled rotten. Those are the symptoms of laziness. Another thing, if you are a kid and your parents say that you are lazy, WATCH OUT! YOU WILL END UP ON THE STREET! (No kidding) You will end up in a one bedroom apartment with eight other roommates, all of which are working four hour shifts at Wal-Mart, saying, "Whew, this is hard work."

Laziness is also one of the seven deadly sins!

Don't be lazy!!

Halloween

I don't know about other seventh graders, but I am not going trick or treating this year. What I'm going to do is play tricks on the "too old to trick or treat kids". I am going to jump out and scare them somehow. I probably would have gone, but Mom would not let me be anything extreme this year. I wanted some blood and gore. I don't know why she won't let me, I mean you are practically supposed to be as scary as you can. Anyway, Halloween is one of my favorite holidays.

Ant Attack!

The ants for the antfarm came yesterday. It's quite funny actually, the first thing they did was dig a burial chamber for the ants that didn't make the trip (sniffle, sniffle). Most of the ants we have are what our book calls "lazy". About 8 of our 25 ants have kicked the bucket.
I cannot wait to see some of the tunnels they build. An ant farm that we had in Indiana (my 5th grade class) built all of the tunnels to one big area we called "the plaza". That is where they slept, I think. More updates on the ants later.....

Ants can bite, so don't get too close!

Our Vacation.

Finally, we are back from vacation. I couldn't wait to get back on the plane. I love to fly; also, vacation was great!! We were able to play on the beach and go to some special shops. Another thing we did was go to Broadway at the Beach. They have this place called MagiQuest where you purchase a magic wand and go into a make-believe kingdom. There you are able to do quests and battle dragons and everything you do is interactive. You cast spells on things to light them up and complete your quest. That was my favorite part of Myrtle Beach....that and boogie boarding in the ocean!

Myrtle Beach was great!
